Metal Surface Coatings
We painted these ferric metal pipes in a high-solids, submersible epoxy. Water had infiltrated the insulation wrap, was trapped inside, and began corroding the metal. The towers were prepared and primed in epoxy, then finish-coated in a heat-reflective coating. Standard preparation methods we use are: SSPC-SP1 (solvent cleaning), SSPC-SP2 (hand tool cleaning) and SSPC-SP3 (power tool cleaning).

We paint the entire exterior and interior walls, the core and trim surfaces. We can color code columns with fire extinguishers or wet columns, paint and stencil or re-letter the core walls, doors and headache bars. We frequently repair driver faux pas.
